Do I need to delete an account?
The current offline-first version of Motomi does not provide online accounts, so there is no Motomi server account to delete. The steps below cover data held on your device.
What can be deleted?
Your locally created information—including vehicles, services, fuel entries, odometer logs, reminders, document details, and locally stored attachments—can be removed by deleting relevant entries or clearing all app storage.
How to delete Motomi data on Android
Delete individual entries (where available)
Open Garage, Records, or Documents. Select an entry and choose a delete action if that option is available in your app version.
Erase all local app storage
Go to Android Settings → Apps → Motomi → Storage → Clear data / Clear storage. Labels may vary by device. This erases locally stored app data.
Uninstall the app if needed
You may uninstall Motomi. To be thorough about local data, clear storage first if necessary.
Review your exports and backups
If you exported or backed up data somewhere else, delete those copies separately, including any backups handled by Android or your storage provider.
What is not removed automatically?
- Google Play payment history is managed by Google and may be retained for transactional or legal reasons.
- Data processed by advertising or other external providers is subject to their controls.
- Support emails are not automatically deleted when local app storage is cleared.
Request help with deletion
Contact Motomi and describe the data type or issue. Please avoid sending full license plate numbers, identity documents, or sensitive photos unless necessary.
